Hey guys,

I'm very likely moving from Lausanne, Switzerland to Paris and would like to know of good Parisian apnea clubs. The only article I found online with the list of clubs dates back from 2005: Clubs d'apnée à Paris

Cheeeers,

Morgan

Well, 12 freedving clubs is already not so bad. I think most of them are still active, but if you want to see another, possibly more recent list, then have a look at the FFESSM website for that region:

FFESSM Ile-de-France/Picardie Commissions Interrégionales

Unfortunately, the clubs for Paris are not sorted by the type of subaquatic activity, so you find all scuba and apnea clubs in tha same list, and need to check them then individually. Many scuba clubs have an apnea section too, but usually it is better going with a specialized club.

I recommend that you start contacting the clubs immediately - many of them have long waiting queues and limited number of places available for new members, so they may not be able to accept you if you do not ask soon enough.
