Anyone who'd be willing to share their apnea walk program/tables? Compared to your DNF/DYN max period (how long the dive takes), what is your max. a.w. time? I've started with a CO2 table: 80 paces and rests from 30 -> 5 seconds. What other exercises could I do?

A possible program for apnea walks:

1 & 2 week: 3 days training / 1 day off

Perform 2 Section Breathing (Stomach / Chest) for 2 minutes and then start walking. Take the time when you first contractions start and then continue walking. When it gets harder and harder you can stop for a while still holding your breath and then continue walking.

Repeat that for 3 times.

3 & 4 week: 2 days training / 1 day off

Perform 2 Section Breathing (Stomach / Chest) for 2 minutes. The first 2 Apnea Walks you exhale about 60% of air before you start walking. The third apnea walk is again with full lungs.

The aim is to increase the time both for relaxation and contraction. Don't expect to get better each and every single day. More realistic is that you have continuity and all of a sudden your progress makes a little jump.

i for instance never do tables, i just train by doing maximumes all the time and it helps me a lot.

my pb in apnea walking on FRC is 116m

and with full lungs it is 300m, but this one was more like jogging (i dont know wether this is good or not), the time was aroung 2:45
