First of all I apologize for this slightly off topic offer, but since I know that many DB members work in the aquaculture industry, I hope that some of you could help me with an advice. Basically, I do not expect anyone here would be interested in the deal, but you may know an agency or a real estate broker specialized in this type of transactions or directly in aquaculture, who might be interested in finding a buyer.
A very good friend of mine, the owner of an important aquarium fish breeding and exporting company, is selling one of his premises - an aqua culture farm, including the technology (tanks, filters, pumps, two thermal drills sufficient for heating all the building and tanks,...) and including also a huge piece of land in an attractive area.
