Are some people spending too much time on DB?

It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Nope, no comments from me..... except that the rocket did what it was designed to do. The booster was an old SS-19 (Soviet-era ICBM) and desigend to drop a 200 kg atomic warhead somewhere in the US. Considering that the satellite was 650 kgs by itself and the 2nd/3rd stages were another ... say .... 350-400 kgs, having it fall into the Arctic Ocean does give "Proof of Concept..." :(

Technical analysis into the failure is continuing.... BUT, it wasn't in an area that I had anything to do with <whew!>. I work on the validation and testing of the ground data networks.
