Well, I can't comment on those particular fins, but the original Subgear Stream fin was just one of several manifestations of a prototype modestly dubbed "702":

In the case of this "702" design, an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) production facility in the Far East actually made the fins, branding them with the logo of the client in the West commissioning them to produce the fins. There may be slight differences between these "outsourced" branded products, e.g. material, weight, colour, size range, but the fins will presumably have all emerged from the same moulds at the manufacturing plant.

Hey DRW,
Amazing knowledge base you have. Still using rubber fins?

Thanks! I enjoy conducting research on basic gear, often opening up much wider horizons on the world in the process. It gives the brain muscle a bit of a workout and is currently helping me to brush up my foreign language skills too, because eBay has recently enabled me to add several vintage Russian tomes to my bookshelf of diving literature, correcting a few misconceptions I had about the USSR in the 1960s and 1970s.

As for fins, I must give mine a workout soon as the weather slowly shows signs of improvement. And yes, they will be the traditional variety, made from what I still consider to be the best material in the world for my gentle style of underwater swimming.
