Some time ago I started setting up a polling system at APNEA.cz, that allows registered members casting a vote for Miss/Master of Apnea for the given year. It might be used to get the opinion of a bigger sample of people But, the choice is limited only to those members who have a photo in their APNEA.cz profile - in total there are 353 of them as of today (from the total of some 1300+ members):
