Hi!

My name is Paul and I live in my sailboat in the south of Norway. Just began freediving after attending a AIDA** with Steven Millard in Manchester. Great guy, great course! :) Basically registered to find out why several sites tell you not to do more than one table a day. I'm curently doing the Wonka-table, and think it is a bit boring that I can only do it once a day.

Other than that, I am happy to get in touch with anyone in Norway (or perhaps a warmer contry) eager to enhance their freediving skills and need someone to buddy up with. I'm happy to travel if you live abroad(again, in a warm contry :P)!

Welcome to Deeperblue! There is a ton of information here. The Freediving subforum would be a good place to start in your search for info about tables.
