Athletes Facing Lost Dive Equipment for AIDA Team World Freediving Championships

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
This sucks.

Happens every year to at least one competitor. And even if it shows up... Sometimes monofins are in multiple pieces. :(

Good news is that Bogdan of Waterway seems to be perpetually able to jump in and lend-a-fin (or even make monofin emergency repairs) to those in need at the world championships / major comps. AWESOME gesture!

I travel with my most critical equip carry-on, with the monofin being an exception (although the Lunocet is always carry-on).

I also travel with short bi-fins carry-on as a backup for all my recreational and Spearfishing outings so that I don't get completely screwed.
