Baja Dive Buddy needed

I'm looking for a dive/spearo buddy in La Paz or nearby. I'll be spending the winter (Nov thru Mar) in the southern part of the Gulf of California/Sea of Cortez.

I'm fairly new to the sport but know enough to find a dive partner.
I've hunted a few of the reefs down there before. Does anyone have any local knowledge or spots they'd care to share?
