After about 6 months of steady use on new bands, they always start to form tiny pock marks near the high-friction areas. Is this a sign to replace em, or is this normal. Being of the 'safety first' mentality, I've always taken this as a sign to put on the new ones. But the small marks don't tear or widen, so I'm left to wonder when enough is [really] enough. I don't want any bands breakin on me, but I also don't want to go replacing them if they are simply 'middle-aged'.
