Simple easy yummy.
step 1 shoot fish (surprisingly, slightly oily fish eg. red morwong or darkie are great) AUS species. clean and scale and leave whole.
mix...crushed garlic, chopped parsly, paprika powder with a bit of oil into a light paste.
coat the fish inside and out with the paste and leave to sit for about 10-15
barbeque to hearts content and enjoy with an obligatory beverage.
