i am veary happy because i just broke my personal breath hold. it was 2.30 but i just got to 3.30 i did a couple before i got to this time the first only 2.00 then 2.30 then 3.00 the 3.30 mins i am so pleased.
rofl .i have found the best technique for me is to do slow steady breathing then 5 rappid deep breaths then hold
