wow, due to my lack of training my times fell back to that range, my pb was 2:30, but then i beat it to 2:45 at night (i couldnt sleep, what else to do?) and my 3:30 time was done in a single hardocre attempt. how did you do 2:30, then 3:00, then 3:30? like how long was your recovery, after around 3:00 minutes i feel pretty wasted, and the next one is harder. congrads though, but once i egt my training back in order im sad to say i will quickly pass you :D

good luck -Matt

but considering my 6 minute times before i really joined DB (i started in march, and was at 6 in may), dont get too full of it :D

Try doing four quick breaths then two big ones. You are building up the carbon dioxide with the deep breaths. Keep working on your breath holds. I was practicing them well studing and I came out out 3:45 after about three to five contractions. I see five minutes for you. :)
