Beauchat reel

After not finding reel for my spear gun comanche i decided to buy the reel of beachat instead and i've fixed it to my comanche. Is this going to affect somehow on the performance or aiming of the gun or any how spear may rebel back to me?

I am not sure if you have bought the reel or not, but the old mundial reel is heavy and locks up. The reel I like is the immersion, light cheap but does not hold a lot of line.
