Beginner wants to learn spearfishing in cambodia

i want to learn spearfishing and ill soon be in cambodia.
if anyone is willing to help me learn the basics, or recommend to me about places a beginner should go to for his first sessions.
i own a gun, and i have a bouy and a knife.
