Hi im 17years old and i was snorkeling for some long time. Now i wanna try spearfishing. I need some tips how to start because I'm an beginner in this sport and i want to try it for recreation. Please give me some tips.

it is simple. It is like snorkeling, but with the speargun. Get the gun and go in the water. Some additional things that are not obvious but you will definitely need. You will need knife, any knife made for spearfishing. You will need some kind of either catch bag or fish stringer. You might need a float and float line attached to your gun, depending on what size of whales you are hunting. And, depending on where you are, you might need fishing licence and get familiar with fishing regulations in your area.
