Anyone else beltch alot after underwater apnea? know why that happens??
Just curious, maybe bad technique, something to work on..............

You are probably swallowing air, especially if you pack and are new to the technique.

Once i give a couple good ones, I'm normally good to go. I rarely pack so I'm not convinced that is what is causing it. I thought I heard once that it was the diagphram getting loosened up and ready to go, but not sure if that's fact or fiction.

Perhaps you are swallowing (air) to prolong the early breath holds?
