Best aida courses?

Hey all, I'm looking to find courses for entry level freediving, and thought I'd get some opinions;
Is there any benefit to AIDA over other course providers?
Are there any courses running or due to run up in Scotland that anyone knows of?
Any recommendations for cheap accommodation around the course centres?
Anything I should swat up on before attending?

Its not the brand of the course that matters, it's the instructor. A good one will know exactly what you need at the level YOU are at, and teach accordingly. Some are better at certain level divers than others. Do some research.
