Best bands setup for C4 Mr.Carbon or Mr.Joker

I really don't have any idea which may be the best setup for my Mr.carbon or Mr.Joker since they come without bands when you order them, and that sucks. I was searching online, and i came across some 21mm Picasso latex bands. They look nice and expensive but i am afraid of the power and the shooting distance it will create.
Any idea? just 1 set of 21mm latex? or 2/16mm


And, Btw which do you think is better and why, Mr.Joker, or Mr.Carbon??

Is your gun with screwed ends or can you use bulk rubber? I would put two bands of 3/4". You can find them in bulk lenghts in ebay.
