Gday all,

I had a friend once tell me that wet statics are easier when standing on you head, hence I watched him do over 6 mins in this position. Indeed I find it much more relaxing to invert my body and pretend i'm just doing a really long descent and can achieve much longer times in this fashion. It does make sense as potentially more oxygenated blood can get to the brain.

My questions are:

1. is this 'legal' as far as competition standards go? :ban
2. has anyone had bad experiences with spotting in this position as it seems to me a rescue after a blackout would be a little harder?

Cheers, Crypple
