Looking for advise on a travel polespear. Heading to spanish wells bahamas next month and need to get a polespear that breaks down to fit in my bag. Never been to bahamas before and not sure what to expect as far as game goes, but I'm thinking of getting several tips as well to make sure I'm prepared.

What is the best polespear and tips for a bahamas trip? Mainly will be free diving in 50' or less. Thanks in advance

Neritic do one that breaks down to 3ft sections, had mine a while now think its called blue bantam, can also take a section out to make shorter. Riffe are also very good. Make sure you have a slip tip

Take a look at the MAKO big game travel pole spear with the break away SP-3 tip. Not too expensive and VERY effective. If you are going for an extended trip, we recommend ordering a spare injector rod, since these sometimes take a lot of abuse if you target big fish.

Depends what youre looking for and your experience level. Lot of great products out there. I always recommend my Black Reef Microvandal to people who travel often, I just got back from a trip testing the new setup. If youre doing some serious diving I would definitely look into the larger polespears though, its definitely worth the minor inconvenience of longer two sections since they are way stronger than a polespear with multiple sections.
