Beuchat Guardian - Apnea Accessories

I've had a float making project on the go for a while but real life just keeps intervening so i've been thinking about getting a float that does everything that i want.

anyone got any experience with the Gaurdian?

It looks like its got everything I could want on it, but I'd be interested in some user reviews for this bad boy.

i have one, but you have to wait for a real review. i arrived in crostia yesterday and will stay for 2 months. at a first look it looks really good. cant wait to use it

Ok well i cracked and mine arrived today.

It's pretty big and more than a little OTT. Im going to have to catch some big fish if im coming out of the water with this thing lol

I need a foot pump to inflate it but first impressions....

The material is very sturdy and the built construction is excellent. The whole thing is a quality bit of kit. The dive flag and the size of it... well you wont have to worry about not being noticed it's not very discrete :)

I'm sure it will be excellent for long dives, it's practically a boat. It will also be great when you have to fin a long distance and if i'm catching lobster or crabs.

alright.
hehe yes its really a little boat.
i might use it as a bellyboat as well.

i used mine yesterday the first time for a 2h shore session in shallow water. it is very fast filled with air, what surprised me. the speargun holders work as expected. i tried to use it like a boogieboard (like in the video) this did not work very well. it moved very slow and all was full of water. i think its better with a line connected to your beltanchor.

allinall i think its very good for long or offshoredives.
