Hi all

Feel like iv hit a wall

Static 4 mins.
Dynamic 75M (69 M every time)
25M Constant weight 4/5 times, every time hard on the ears. But do 20M as a warm up quite easy.

I feel like I have got to my best. I haven't and I know it.

Had an ear infection that set me back but its ok now. I started to free dive early this year with a great instructor, but don't want to keep bending his ear all the time. Just looking for tips and advice.

what's stopping you and which discipline are you working on particularly? with a bit more info I'm sure someone can offer good advice

Do the miles with your fins, then 100 metres will be nothing. Its called training and not recreational freediving. Most Brits dont do any this time of year and their fins get dusty. Stay Wet.

Hi, I think I worded this post badly. Im very happy with my static's & dynamics as they keep improving . It’s the open water constant weight that poses the biggest hurdle. I have dived 25M a few times but only once feeling comfortably. Im happy at 20M/22M but see 25M as a big step. Its in my mind I know and with more training and getting wet I will overcome this hurdle. I suppose I thought this would have been my best discipline, the one I was looking forward to the most of all, but as it turned out its the hardest, not just physically but mentally, those extra few meters feel like a long way.

Thanks
