blackout and samba videos

hi,

i ask evrybody to post links or add attachments of clips showing bo's or sambas. i think it's a very useful thing to study these in preparation for safety freediving. i'm sure there is a lot of stuff out there that can be used as good or bad examples.

Yesterday my buddy did a samba, and he almost ran away from me when I was trying to pick him up! He was doing static, and I could tell that he was near the limit. He stood with his feet on the bottom of the pool and face in the water, as I have seen many people do at the end of a long static. Then he started moving around, again as I have seen many people do. But then he became more energetic, and started walking away from me quite fast, to the middle of another group of freedivers. I picked him up and he recovered in a few seconds. He said afterwards that he couldn't keep his balance and therefore couldn't stand up.

I'll have to do a few more practice rescues. :waterwork

here are some bad ones.

as you will see a bo can happen instantaneously. in this case the safety is also rather dodgy, i would say. so, please be careful when you try that at home!
