Blackout (I think):

Spearo in distress:

Samba:

I like this general PSA, but I hate the "don't hyperventilate to an excess". IMO, it should have been, "don't ever hyperventilate"

Dive safe!

Scary stuff. I remember one time I blacked out... I wasn't even in the water... I was breathing up and I admit, I did kind of hyperventilate. I was very, very new to the sport. So I was sitting down for a long time, then as I got my full breath I stood up, got a head rush, then just remember the T.V. getting closer and closer. I felt limp, almost asleep and kind of dizzy. I'm glad I stop watched it because I regained consciousness on the ground 20 seconds later... It was pretty scary. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER hyperventilate again and it has taught me that safety is key...

My favourite:

Great Safety , you hear them even laughing while the poor guy almost died in front of them :rcard

Thanks Simo, now I have great material for my classes about safety during dynamics performances ;-)

I understand why this is a favourite by you, Jome. It's hillarious in a tragicomic way. The guy is actually blacking out and spending some seconds unconscious under water!!! And then he comes to himself again and gets hold of the poolside!!! Have never seen anything like this. A happy ending that really gave me a good laugh (sorry), not to speak of the bystanders, who had no idea what was going on rofl

Thanks, Jome!

The newly certified scuba divers say that there is alittle section on "Skin Diving" that TELLS !! them to hyperventilate!! It's crazy!
