I went spearfishing yesterday, did not feel 100%, bit of a headache but I made an appointment so I went.
I went to 19 meters, only did 1min25, went up and just before surfacing I saw little stars anf felt a bit groggy, ( like in the comic books):)
My buddy was with me and observed me..thank god!
Normally this depth and time is not a problem...anymore..:t
What do you guys think?

I went scuba diving 8 hours before Max depth 30 meters.(not really smart...)
Greets!!

you have your answer...... if you don't feel great, either don't go or take it very easy.....

and DON'T scuba before freediving/spearing - leave it at least 24 hours...... I ended up with one leg totally numbed up, 3 weeks of chamber treatment and physio problems for 3 years after doing that... and the freedives were only to 15m
