hello to all

i am a new member here but i've been reading this messages for about 1 month, and think it is a very interesting forum, i learned a lot.

However, i have next problem : what's the best way to block the air in the lungs?

by closing the glottis is ok but when packed i loose air from time to time due to to much effort

by using the tongue to block the mouth and the soft pallate to block the nose is ok how to equilibrate frenzel technique then?
