Blue fin tuna in UK waters

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
What I make of it is.....A friend of mine in the greek coastguard tells me an 800lb bluefin beached hard while hitting bait on Rhodes in March....the woman who witnessed it and claimed it kept 200lb for herself and distributed the rest around the locals.....here we have the MMO confiscating it. Wonder if one of them just said no, I want to consume it. Legalities?! legalities?!
