Nice one Mr West, what was the wooden thing towards the end? Just a bit of floating debris or did it have a purpose?

Roll on a bit more of this Global Warming so we can get a few of those Mahi-Mahi over here. :)
 
a spool off the deck of a big ship , holds net fishing implements i think.
we found it floating off shore. it had a school of small mahi on it, plus a tripletail,(very delicious fish!) we saw a couple of small wahoo deep,( we call em' weehoos) but they were video shy. the baitball was really cool though!
