bogdan lyashuk waterway fins

hello everybody.
a couple days ago i ordered an waterway glide fin from
Finswimming equipments - WATER WAY
or WaterWay Fins Shop its look like the same site. the thing is i bought in my life many things from the internet an al of them is the payment via paypall or creditcard. bogdan lyashuk accepts only moneygram. well for those who doesnt know this form of payment is often used with internet frauds.
i pay it because i realy want this glide fin, but nevertheless i'm a bit nerveus about it now.
does anybody bought something from him this year and can anybody tell me if everything went oke? mr bogdan is not so a chatty type via the mail.

Yeah, I bought one half a year ago from Bogdan. No problems with delivery.
One note though: be sure that you know the size/hardness/angle of the fin.
Which size/hardness are you looking for? A friend of mine has a brand new Glide for sale.
You're living in Zaandam, right? We train every thursday evening (so also tonight) in Haarlem.

Edit: oh now I see you already ordered one.

Edit2: Bogdan also accepts paypal btw.

Bogdan has been around for a long long time, he is legitimate. He often turns up to big competitions too so you might have the chance to meet him at some point.

thnx for the reply. i'm swimming with a leaderfin hyper medium now.
but i read a lot of good reviews about the ww glide fin. so i ordered a soft blade bigger angle (i have a very flexible ankle but i want bigger angle anyway, for more relaxation and lesser musle tension)
well its look like that i just have to wait until the mailman arives at my doorsteps.
 

Just wondering, do you train in a pool? And if so, which one?
to give you an impression: In my case it took about six weeks in total: three weeks after the confirmation that he received my payment he sent me a mail that he shipped the fin. It then took about two/three weeks to delivery.
 
I think I paid by Western Union, through UK Post Office.
Don't worry mate - Bogdan is ok.
But you are right - he is not a man of many words.

i swim in zwembad de slag. three times in the week. just alone.
i have no intention to do deep diving. i start training from begin december.
pure acidental i stump up on a clip on youtube about dynamic apnea and i love it, i did try finswimming ones, but dont like te competition element. my mainly goal is to be able stay long under water and do nice underwater photography with snorkeling, so i have no competition intentions. i do have paddy open water but i dont like the darth vader aparatus on my back.
i gona snorkel in dahab end of march, hope the fin arive by then

with moneyram you should be fine. I just paid my Starfin via mg. The main downside for me are the 17€ fee.

at 16 january i ordered and payed waterway glide from bogdan with moneygram.
at 3 february i received my fin. in very good condition an i'm very happy with it. its more balanced and its glide longer than my previous leaderfins hyper.
i know its a very unusual form of payment, and you problabe have heard a lot of internet scam etc,, but bogdan lyashuk is the real deal. i admit i was a little bit nervous to when i paid via moneygram.
 

25% ???? Are you sure?
I told you yesterday, both Fred and I payed with Paypal, but for sure I (and I think Fred too) didn't pay 25% extra for it.

just to echo erics sentiments here, please stop training alone , its damaging to the sport and potentially damaging for you too.

Thanks for the reactions bogdan is not the problem. he is alright. I have doubts about monygram. About the 25%, that's what he wrote, probably because he did not want to use that solution so he made it a bit less attractive. We will see
