IB Boyd took a stroll up from the sunny climes of Southern California to do the obligatory visit with the inlaws :head and wisely inserted a little time for self nuturing by heading over to the water with yours truly. :wave

Replete in his new Picasso courtesy of the Scubastore and gloves and boots that I'd have left back in the shower, the guy represented his Southern brethren mightily. No where was there heard the usual exclamation when I bring someone out to the divesite... "You gotta be f#^*king kidding me!!?" The guy was all about the being good.

Once in the water he displayed some very impressive bottom times and wasted zero time in not only getting his limit of abalone in the tepid 53F, 10' swell and 3' viz green, but possibly indoctrinating his new suit with some internally processed French Roast. :naughty

He're the lad with his catch, nothing huge, but then too there were more guys on the cliffs saying "No way!" than in the water. Come to think of it, it was just us. Smooth.

Anybody gets a chance to jump with the Boydster, do it. Massive good guy points. :king

Very good hanging out with ya Sven. The suit is dying out in the backyard and everybody got fed and was happy.
Here was what I thought was one of the funnier parts of the day
The smooth one pops up from the murky cold bottom-"Man, its dark down there"
Me, ears full of water feeling a little jumpy "WHAT???!!!Theres a shark down there??"
NOOOO dark, not shark
Fun day in the water, cant wait to get back.
