Hi guys I would like to post the blog of Branko Petrovic whom I helped make his new blog
http://brankofreediver.blogspot.com

On this picture you can see Aleix Segura Vendrell (second place on WC static) and me with my saefty.
My time of 9'32'' was the best time achieved in a CMAS competition up to
date.
This picture shows me and my fellow competitors on the podium of the CMAS WC.
Here you can see three different cameras recording my static performance at the same time.
This way you can follow every movement through the entire time.
For me this was at the time an relatively easy static as I was doing substancially more during training at the time. I made this attempt to demonstrate what I can do and also to show a good surface protocol. I didn't achieve an official WR because the jugde was not certified to judge with WR status.

Hello fellow Freedivers
I would like to make an introductory post about myself.
My name is Branko Petrović. I was born in Split, and now I live in Belgrade, Serbia. As a Serbian I had the oppurtunity to practice different forms of apnea since an early age. I have been spearfish professionaly since the age of sixteen, which has allowed me to develop a perfect adaptation to the aquatic world. Since five years I practice Apnea as a sport discipline. I have started to practise Apnea more and more seriously and am looking to quit spearfishing entirely and become a full time professional freediver.
I would like to show you some of my performances and tell you a bit about how I achieved them.
I am World champion and World Record Holder recognised by the federation of CMAS since September 2011 with a time of 9'32''.

I achieved the best time at a competion ever at the 7th Submania Cup in Croatia, last November with a time of 10'23''.
I did a National record of Serbia with a time of 12'11'' during an individual record attempt this january. This is the best time ever achieved in this discipline. Only because there was no Level A judge present it is not recognised as an official World Record.
This is a video of my 12'11'' static

Here some pictures from the competiton in Dubai where I placed third
As the pool was quite cold it had a big impact on performances.
