ok i had to find a name for it i guess
just ate it it tasted GRRRREEEEEAAAAAT;
2 bream whole fishes (0.3-0.5 kg each)
just heat the pan with some olive oil
wait until it heats up.
throw in some onion, garlic tomatoes and fennel seeds,
lower the heat so as not to burn anything,
the FISH:
slit the fish with a sharp knife on each side
marinade with some salt, pepper a handful of garlic and fennel seeds and stuff the interior with some parsley. leave for 30 minutes
as th oil and its ingredients start to cook, slide in the fishes on your pan and cover it, leave for 10 minutes on low heat and then flip it for another 10 minutes,
YUMMYYYYY
