Quick Question,

I have the Tables on my Iphone so I can do my training with the C02 Tolerance and O2 Dep.

How often do I need to do these tables?

Do I do them back to back? C02 then O2?

any info would be great thanks guys..

Right now I'm at work and my best hold sitting here (not the most quiet area) is 2:30 :(

Where do you get the breath hold tables? I'm sitting here in Afghanistan and plan to do some freediving when I get back states side in a month. This may help me quite a bit to not have to make such large adjustments when I get home.

In "beginner Freediving", "How to Start Freediving" some of the experienced divers explain some exercises and posted some examples of static tables. You will have to read a lot to get through all of the information there, but its all good stuff. The tables given there are only examples so you might have to tweek them a little.
Nic

Nice, I found it. Thanks. This should help. Consistency is the key to this I would have to assume.

Monday: CO2 tables
Tuesday: breathing exercises, stretching, etc.
Wednesday: O2 tables
Thursday: exercise ...
Friday: CO2 tables
etc.
