Hello all,
I am somewhat new to freediving and was just looking for some advice on a proper breathe up. I would like to know how to do it properly as well as how to make the most out of it. My best static is 2:15.
Thank you so much I really appreciate your help

Brandon you probably got no replys cos its in the wrong section. try reposting it in the begining freediving section after having serached the threads. theres a lot of info here if you search for it and then post a question on anything that doesn't make sense.
