Hi everyone...I am having some difficulty finding the best way to draw my hold breath...I know that there are as many ways as there are people, but I am just hoping for some recommendations!

Thanks!

Hi livefree not sure by drawing your breath but try starting with your belly making it start the inhale by pushing it out then continue filling the lungs by expanding the chest and reverse for exhale, try to get the exhale twice as long as the inhale. Not sure if this is what your after but hope it helps
