Does anyone have input on Breier fins? I'm purchasing a set, will do a review .... 2 weeks or so.

I know that they are highly respected as UWH fins.

Never heard anything from a longfin standpoint.

I tried to get a pair when they were making freediving fins for Imersion. I was never able to find a pair, so never got a chance to try them out.

They seem to be more towards UWH these days, not heard much about their longer fins

Finally got the chance to take them out. Awesome fins. Great flex and perfect for deep spearfishing at 30m or more. Only negatives i have are a little hard on the long surface swims and there is no traction on the underside of the fin (with Beuchat Mundial foot pockets .... great fin for a deep diver from a boat or Yak though. At 500 bucks though... yeah... kinda pricey.

Where did you order them from>?

Did you have any choice in footpockets?

I ordered them from a local shop here on Guam called Fa'Nui Spearfishing. I had the choice of either Beauchat or Immersion footpockets.

I know this is an old thread, but what model did you get? Carbon or Fiberglass? Which hardness, length, etc. Thanks!

I dove with a guy that had a pair with the Beuchat footpockets and his had the footpocket tendons cut right down. He it was explained to him that the blade can then flex more without the footpocket tendon reducing flex, were yours the same?

I read the same on their website. How do they feel in the water? I wonder if that does not weaken them. I read they have some special process to make their blades to make them stronger against stress where they join the footpocket.
