broken regs

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

Guys.

Ive got a set of Oceanic Alpha 7 regs. I took them to be checked over because They have not been in the water this year:(
But they were found to have cracked boxes. Right at the hose fitting. these were serviced the same time last year and this was not picked up.

Has anybody had a problem with Oceanic regs of this type and what can i do about the dive shop who serviced them last year and did not see this.
Also can I get the regs fixed by saying that itis a manufacturing fault:confused:

Any idears peeps let me know.
