Hi there!

I am rather virgin to the free-diving arena.I scuba dive and dive for lobster.I would really love to gain free-diving knowledge as it's a sport that fascinates me and an improvement in my breath hold ability would definitely better my lobster diving.Problem is my lungs really don't co-operate.Although I don't have typical asthma a specialist physician diagnosed me as having a form of bronchial spasm a couple of years back. What effect would using an inhaler have on free-diving?Is it even safe?:crutch

Please share any knowledge you have on the subject with me.

Thank you!
