Have been getting back in to my Apnea walks recently and have seen some good improvements over the first week. Started off at 1 minute breathing and 1 minute holding - after 3 sessions I've increased to 1 minute breathing and 1 minute 15 holding.
The 1.15's were really tough yesterday but hopefully after another few sessions it'll be fine!
On a separate note, had to perform some ear surgery today
Had developed a serious wax blockage in my left ear which I'd confounded by poking about in there with a Q-tip, after some internet research, I found myself lying on the bathroom floor with my girlfriend squirting warm olive oil down my ear hole with a syringe. Did this a couple of times to let the wax soften. Next, we moved on to warm water, what has to be squirted quite forcefully - did this about 30 times...
...a few smallish bit of wax came out when suddenly, BOOM, out came the most monsterous lump of hard black wax about the size of the end of my little finger!!!! Wow!!
Anyway, my ear is feeling a bit abused right now but hopefully will be all better by tomorrow!

My ear still feels a little 'funky' but definately better than this morning!
I got a peanut stuck in my ear once.
