CRYSTAL CLEAR
NEWS LETTER
The next Crystal Clear is scheduled for early March but your committee would like to inform you about this years competition dates as soon as poss. It was decided at the committee meeting on 4th January to make the five national competitions all rounds of the British championships. As usual only your four best results will count. There will be a National Elite Boat Competition, invitation only, for the top twenty over the last two years, this competition will be used to help pick the British team for forth coming internationals. Also the London International Club (LIC) will be holding an open competition, go where you like and finish at a designated area, for the Roy Barwick Cup. This will not be a national competition but will be a come and meet us comp with top quality prizes followed by one of their famous Bar bees.
The new fish rules passed at the AGM state that only ten fish of each species can be brought to the scales with 1000 extra points for every new species in your catch after the first.
The full information on the comps and new rules will be in the next edition of Crystal Clear. As I have said many times before new stories are always needed as our magazine is only as good as it’s contents.
