BTV question

Hey.

I was wondering how deep you could go before BTV is no longer an effective method of equalization. Does it work as deep as frenzel does?

Different depths for every diver, and it varies with the day. Sometimes I'm good to 25+ meters diving frc, sometimes less than 10 m. Frenzel always works deeper than BTV, but each diver is different on depth.

It does of course depend on the person but almost for sure you won't be able to match frenzel depths with btv. For me it usually starts failing around 10m-15m...

The weird thing is that on a very good day, I can BTV almost as deep as frenzel, essentially no difference. On a bad day the difference is huge.
