Buddy and Places in Istrien (Umag) in August

Hy!

I'm spending the first 2 weeks of August in Istrien (Umag).

I was wondering if there would be any freedivers in this area, or if there are a buddy during this period.

Also I want to know if there are good places to freediving.

I'm a **AIDA freediver so I look for places about 15-25 meters.
