Budgie Smugglers ( should be in The Beach Bar )

Let me try to explain

Budgie Smugglers are what we call C-ck Jocks, speedos,or those little bathers you wear under your wetsuit.

A Budgie is a small native bird, if you were trying to smuggle one out of Australia you may stuff it down your shorts ( obviouse place)

So when you wear you baithers, your ''manhood'' makes it look like you have a budgie stuffed down the front, Hence ''Budgie Smugglers''

Now does that make any sense

I had a feeling that was what the point was, I just couldn't figure out why it was on a video. Must be that to a Californian that's kind of a "Yeah? So?" At least the chaps have speedos on!
 
rofl rofl It's not just the attire; it's the completely serious, straight faces of the guys in the video that made me chuckle. Another of those MTV things...
