Bundy Prawn Rolls

Ingredients
Peeled prawns (shrimp)-raw
spring roll (egg Roll? )wrappers - (Rice paper)
a few chilis
soy sauce
honey
Oil for frying
BUNDABERG RUM

Method
(No quantities have been given just use your imagination )
Finely chop chilis
put peeled prawns in a bowl add some chopped chilis and enough soy sauce to just wet(them dont drown them) add a splash of honey and a splash of rum Don't go ovrboard you just want to add a bit of flavour any excess will be wasted )
leave it sit about the time it takes to drink a stubby(13 oz. bottle) or a dark and stormy (bundy rum and Bundy Ginger Beer) then lay out one sheet of the rice paper (spring roll wrapper) place a row of prawns along just in from one edge leaving room at ends to roll up and seal roll up and fold and crush ends repeat till all prawns are used.
Put oil in pan or deep fryer sneak in another stubby while oil heats drop in one or 2 rolls at a time fry until golden remove drain off oil and rest for a few minutes
then hide from family to enjoy or you'll be lucky to get any.
