C4 300 vs 400 and other brands blades that fits C4

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy the C4 foot pockets

I like the 300, but i was wondering if, maybe, the 400 is better for me, i have no idea. Can anyone share some thoughts and experiences that help me choose?

In addition to that, do you know what carbon fiber blades brands fits the C4 300 and 400 foot pockets? (Apart the same C4 daaa...)
