C4 Carbon Fiber Speargun

I have a brand new, never used, never wet C4 carbon Fiber 119 cm speargun for sale. It has the reel and a 3/4 band, no shaft. It seems that they don't come with a shaft. I'm located in north Florida. Not exactly sure of its price (in USA) so I'm taking offers.
