the rubber on my C4 fins has came off the carbon, i have the right glue to repair it and the company said all i had to do was stick it back on. but i have a feeling it will need clamping for a few hours. has anybody done the same repairs to there C4's?

C4 sent me some lock tight super glue, thats what they use. cheers for the tip Cid.

Hi Harrychamas, Ant tips for screwing the blade to the foot pocket? The shop did it when I picked them up and one blade fell off during my level one course (lucky my instructor was close by ). And it seems the other one they fitted has now lost another screw in the pool!

i got mine sent threw the internet and the package came with 2 spare blots and inserts. if you didnt get them maybe the shop will still have them. if i was you i'd use some locking tape, you could get it from any hardware store. you just rap it around the thread and screw the blot as normal. there shouldn't be any spare room for the bolt to work loose that way.
I hope this was of help

Get some serious bolts. I'm working on a stainless steel solution, hope the parts arrived already and i can pick them up as soon i'm onshore. In our club nearly everybody has problems with those nasty plastic assembley.

After several problems with tabs and screws, I found a better solution. Use a zip tie, very cheap, available near everywhere, can't come lose.

Harry, thanks for the tip on binder clip. I've got some glue repair to do, perfect.

All fixed, turns out the mustang bolts were used on the Wahoo blades and they're 4mm shorter.
