going to cabo with my friend and his family a week from wednesday...i know you can arrange pangas to take you out cause im taking 2 of my guns and some gear and would like to go out one or two days but i dont know specifically where to set things up...one of my buddies said he tried the pacific side around this time last year and said it was nice but pretty sharky and the vis wasnt so great...ive been line fishing before a couple times in cabo but im not too familiar with diving there, and i think part of it is a marine reserve or something. any suggestions on shallow - 35-50 ft reefs or other (even shore dive) places to check out close to town?

Ps

also im not taking any blue water gear really...just my riffe c1 and my viper 130 w/reel for bigger fish...i guess i could try some kelp patties for dorado?
