Dear All

I am considering a break to cabo verde this March with the famiy. may also take my spearfishing gear... a RA 130 and another 1 m rail gun

i have a few qs
firstly is there a license requirement?
is shore fishing any good?
what suit in mm do i need?

any advice would be great esp how sharky is it?
if we do decide to go its prob going to be to SAL
