Day one of the CAFA Western Regional Competition (Vancouver) is over with some great performances by newcomers and veterans alike. We have a couple of people who haven't been at depth for a while pulling off some respectable numbers as well as newer divers getting a taste of those white cards. Well done everyone!

Results are here: Freedive Canada - CAFA Western Regional Competition, June 5-6, 2010

Check back later today for results of the Static and Dynamic competitions.

The final results are up.

Very big thank yous to all the volunteers. They swam a lot of laps today, and some of those laps were pretty quick too!

Follow Jen's link, I couldn't find the competition from the menus on the CAFA website.

Looks like everyone did really good congrates to all.
